I am a post-doctoral research associate at Brown University. My research is focused on understanding how global change factors affect plant physiological processes and soil microbes, with subsequent consequences for species interactions, community structure and ecosystem function. I am an evolutionary ecologist interested in the processes that promote or hinder adaptation at various biological scales, including populations, species, and clades. I combine quantitative genetics, spatial and statistical models, and field and greenhouse experiments to tackle key questions in biogeography, ecology, and evolution.
